Cancellation Policy and deposit information

​​​Cancellations:

 

We understand that life happens and you may be unable to keep your appointment. We respectfully request 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50%,  'No show' will be charged 100% of scheduled service. 

If you are running late, please give us a call. Every effort will be made to perform a condensed service in the time allotted. Payment for scheduled service is required.

Deposit:

 

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the cost of your service.

 

Should you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment, provided sufficient notice is given.

 

Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours will result in the deposit being retained as a service credit on your account.

 

Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to alternate forms of payment.
