Cancellation Policy and deposit information

Cancellations:

 

We understand that life happens and you may be unable to keep your appointment. We respectfully request 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50%,  'No show' will be charged 100% of scheduled service. 

If you are running late, please give us a call. Every effort will be made to perform a condensed service in the time allotted. Payment for scheduled service is required.  

Deposit:

 

A  20%  non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied to the cost of your service. In the event you need to change your appointment, your original deposit will be applied. Cancellation with in 24hrs, deposit will be made a credit.
