We continue to be confident in our COVID-19, our ongoing Health and Safety protocol and our ability to keep ourselves and our guests as safe as possible in accordance with WorkSafe BC and Provincial Health Authority Guidelines.

Appointments are strongly encouraged.

Masks are not required in Spa common areas or to receive services. You are welcome to wear a mask if you are more comfortable doing so. Your Aesthetician will be wearing a mask for services.

Please use the hand sanitizer offered at the front desk upon your arrival.
Your Aestheticians:
In addition to our stringent sterilization and disinfection practices we’ve added extra measures for everyones safety. These include:

Masks worn for services.

Gloves worn for services where necessary

Extra ‘buffer’ time of 15-20 minutes (dependant on service) at the end of each appointment for added sterilization and disinfection of treatment areas

Enhanced regular cleaning and disinfection of restroom and common areas (including and not limited to front desk, debit machine, all handles and door knobs)

All staff have taken updated sterilization and disinfection education to ensure the safest environment possible

Pure Spa Management and Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying flu like symptoms.
